Description
We would like to advise you of this additional stoppage that has been added to our Winter Programme.
A stoppage is required to carry out repairs to the top end ground paddles which have caused a number of problems for customers over the summer. These repairs will help to reduce the amount of time the back pumps are running to help control the water in the pound above lock.
We have tried our best to plan this around current work taking place close by at Lock 4 to minimise disruption.
This will mean that the navigation will be closed for 4 days.
We hope that this additional stoppage doesn't cause any inconvenience.
