Please be advised third-party contractors will be onsite at the pipe bridge adjacent to Bridge 94 on the Macclesfield Canal.
The third-party contractors, working for the gas company will be refurbishing the existing overhead gas pipe via a temporary pontoon.
Whilst the towpath and navigation will remain open, we politely request all customers to approach the area with caution and be prepared to stop if requested to allow the pontoon to be moved out of the way.
Please take note of the signage and to listen to any advice that may be given by the third-party contractors onsite.
