The faulty paddle has now been repaired and the lock is fully operational.
Description
One of the ground paddles at Aston Lock on the Trent & Mersey has failed and is not fully operational and boaters may struggle to get through the lock.
Our out of hours team will attend site this evening to assess the situation. We hope to repair the paddle as soon as possible.
As soon as we know more we will update the website accordingly.
