Description
We are pleased to welcome the Cholmondeston Lock Wind organised by IWA Shrewsbury District & North Wales Branch. The lock wind is planned for Friday 12th August and Saturday 13th August 2022 on the Middlewich Branch of the Shropshire Union Canal. The wind will take place between 9am and 5pm each day.
Please note that 1day and 14day visitor moorings will be suspended at Cholmondeston, from Friday 12th August and Saturday 13th August 2022 at 5pm.
The mooring suspension will be in force for all boats except for the organiser’s boats.
Mooring outside of the Location is unaffected.
Please consider this when cruising through the suspension as it may be busier than usual once the Boats are in position.
The suspended moorings will be signposted accordingly.
