Description
The offside tail paddle was stuck open. We have managed to get it back down but we will need to look further into the problem and repair it. In the meantime the lock is still operational using only the towpath side tail paddle to empty it. We are going to identify the problem paddle with tape but until we do please don't attempt to use it.
