Kennet & Avon Canal - Bridge 11, Reading (Railway)

Please be advised that contractors on behalf of Network Rail will be undertaking an inspection of the railway bridge from a motorized floating pontoon.

Navigation will remain open.

There will be lookouts in place to warn of any approaching craft, at which point the pontoon will be retracted from beneath the bridge if necessary to allow safe passage for craft.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause, and we will endeavour to keep any disruption to a minimum.
