Description
Riverside festival - Mooring and towpath restriction.
Moorings will be suspended and use of the towpath will be unavailable from 5pm on 2nd June until 6pm on 6th June due to this event.
The event, a riverside festival, organised by Leicester City Council will take place on Saturday 4th June and Sunday 5th June between 12.00pm (04/05/22) to 5.00pm (05/05/22).
The event will use a section of the river between Mill Lane Bridge and West Bridge 1 on the Leicester Line (Grand Union Canal).
The river will remain open although there may be slight delays. Please proceed with care and follow the guidance of the stewards/safety boats.
