Please be advised third party contractors will be onsite to carry out a detailed inspection and application of sealant of Bridge 1B Lyons Bridge, on the Leigh Branch of the Leeds & Liverpool Canal.
To be able to inspect the bridge, a pontoon will be in place. We politely request all customers to approach the area with caution and be prepared to stop to allow the pontoon and equipment to be moved out the way for safe passage.
We anticipate a wait of no longer than 30 minutes. Please listen to any advice that may be given by the onsite team to take note of the signage onsite
