We would like to update our customers that an additional 2 weeks is required to complete these planned works. Due to the recent flooding, there was a delay getting the floating plant required for the works to site. More silt than expected has also been discovered in the lock which will take longer to clear. These works will now be completed on 10/03/2023.

We are sorry to advise of a short delay to the commencement of this project, resulting in a change to both the stoppage start and end dates.
During the Autumn we had to undertake some essential repairs to our Bradley Workshop where these gates are manufactured, closing the workshop for several months. Despite the closure, we have managed to manufacture most of the gates on time, but unfortunately these gates are slightly delayed.
The stoppage will now start on 16/01/2023 and end on 24/02/2023. Again, we are sorry for this change and we hope that this doesn't cause any inconvenience to our boating customers.
