Further to the information below, we can confirm that work is almost complete at Diglis Lock.
The contractors are still working on site and plan to have the work complete and the lock operational by 10am on Saturday 9th April.
Once again we apologise for the delay to the repairs.

Further to the information below, we are pleased to confirm that contractors will be working at Diglis this week and we expect the control hut to be water-tight and safe to recommission by the end of the day on Friday 8th April.
Accordingly, we plan to resume normal operation at Diglis Locks on Saturday 09th April.
In the meantime, we understand that some customers wish to navigate through Diglis urgently so have again arranged for the lock to be available on Friday 8th April, between the hours of 11:00 and 14:00 and hope this is helpful.

Further to the update below, contractors are expected to commence work on site at Diglis Locks this week.
In the meantime, we have made special arrangements for the lock to be available for vessels waiting to navigate through Diglis, for a 3 hour period, on Friday 1st April, between 11:00 and 14:00 Hrs.
Please be aware that this opportunity will be weather dependant, as it would be unsafe for colleagues to operate the electrics in wet conditions.
We will continue to provide further updates as information becomes available.

Further to the notice below, we are sorry to advise that Diglis Locks still remain closed whilst our teams continue to repair damage to buildings and electrical systems caused by the recent storms.
The works affect both Lock 6 Diglis Large Lock and Lock 5 Diglis Small Lock.
Work is underway and we will update this notice when a completion date is confirmed.
