BAM Nuttall are working on behalf of Leeds City Council to install a new footbridge over the river at Sovereign Street and need to close the Public Right of Way which falls under the councils ownership alongside the river.
A diversion is in place down Meadow Lane and Great Wilson St around Asda house.
