Repairs to Lock 69 have been successful however navigation remains closed between Lock 65 and Lock 81 on the Rochdale Canal whilst our teams continue to normalise the water levels in the area.
An update will be provided tomorrow morning, Wednesday 10 November.

Our team are also carrying out some repair works to Lock 69 following an issue with the gates. An update will be provided this afternoon.

Please be advised navigation is closed between Lock 65 and Lock 81 on the Rochdale Canal due to low water.
Our local team are currently managing the water supply to sufficiently replenish the water levels along this stretch and an update will be provided tomorrow morning, Tuesday 9 November.
