Please be advised that due recent bad weather, the work has been delayed and will now complete on Monday 30th August. Thank you for your understanding.
Description
The navigation and towpath will remain open when works are carried out to repair 25m of offside bank with piling at Whitchurch Marina.
Works will be undertaken using a pontoon or crane boat. A bankman will be on site and signs will be put out before work commences, warning boaters of the works ahead. All work operations will stop whilst boats are passing. We kindly remind customers travelling through this section to proceed with care. Please follow signage and guidance from on-site bankman.
