There is a fault with the hydraulics at the lock that is preventing operation of the lock gates and sluices.

Our water team are attending site to see if they can resolve. Our mechanical and engineering support have been contacted for assistance but are currently on an emergency call out on another waterway.  It may be as long as 4 hours before they can attend site.

This notice will be updated when new information is available regarding resolving the issue.
