Please be advised that river levels are now normal and the section between Gloucester Lock 2 and Lincombe Lock 9 is designated:

GREEN - Normal.

Navigation is now open please navigate with the usual care as levels drop.

Further to the notice below, please be advised that due to a period of persistent rain the section between Lock 2 Gloucester Lock and Lock 9 Lincomb Lock is currently designated:

Red - Do not proceed.

CAUTION STRONG STREAM

We advise users of all boats not to navigate because the strong flows make it difficult and dangerous (Locks may be closed)

Please take extra care when navigating the river and be aware of the possibility of floating debris.
