The lock collar on the bottom gate, island side of Sawley Lock 2 has now been repaired. There is no longer a restriction at this lock.
Description
The lock collar has broken on the bottom gate, island side of Sawley Lock 2.
This means Sawley Lock 2 is currently out of action until we are able to carry out the required repair works.
Boaters can still use Sawley Lock 1.
We will update the website as soon as we have more information on when the repairs to Sawley Lock 2 can take place.
