Due to unforeseen circumstances during the installation of the bridge by the contractors and its not yet safe to open the towpath.

Due to unforeseen circumstances the towpath will remain shut until the 1st of October in order to complete works.

Due to unforeseen circumstances the towpath will remain shut for another 4 weeks in order to complete works.
There is a diversion route in place for towpath users.
