Bridge 130A Walker Hey Footbridge, Burnley, Leeds & Liverpool Canal

Please be advised third-party contractors will be onsite to carry out a stabilisation works of a third-party owned building in the Burnely area, between Bridge 130A and Bridge 130B on the Leeds & Liverpool Canal.

Work will involve erection of scaffolding over the canal on the offside for them to undertake the works. We are not expecting any delays, or obstructions to be placed in the canal itself.

Whilst the canal will remain open to navigation, we politely request all customers to approach the area with caution and to listen to any advice that may be given by the third-party contractors onsite.
