Please be advised that the risk of flooding has now been reduced and the passage times at Cowroast lock 46 are no longer required.

Customers are advised that Cowroast Lock 46 will be open between the hours of 9am and 3:30pm for essential travel.

Outside of these times the paddles will remain locked to mitigate the risk of flooding.

Due to flooding caused by misuse, the paddles at lock 46 will be locked to mitigate the risk of further flooding.

We advise customers not to pass through lock 46 as the works currently being undertaken at lock 51 will prevent any further travel. The paddles will remain locked until the works at lock 51 are completed.
