Please be advised the towpath will remain closed until 2nd March. Towpath refurbishment work has been extended to cover additional areas up to Bridge 69.
Description
The towpath will be closed but navigation remains open.
Works will be carried out to repair the defective bank through the installation of sheet piles and to upgrade the towpath approx. 300m south east of Bridge 69. A section of the towpath between Bridge 69 and Hillmorton Locks will be closed for the duration of the works. We kindly ask customers to take extra care when passing through this section of the canal.
