We're pleased to advise the following opening hours for the River Severn.
Government advice may change as we emerge from lock down, so it is possible that the dates and times will need to be varied, in line with any further restrictions.
We will of course update this notice, should the need arise.
From March 29th
Locks are available, on booked passage, seven days a week between 08:00 & 16:00.
From April 12th
Locks are available, seven days a week between 08:00 & 18:00 (booking not required)
From May 17th
Locks are available, seven days a week between 08:00 & 19:00
From Sep 27th
Locks are available, seven days a week between 08:00 & 18:00
October 18th
Locks are available, seven days a week between 08:00 & 16:00

Description
Please be aware of the following lock opening times for the River Severn Navigation, for Winter 20/21.
From 19th October until 31st October 2020, the River Severn locks will be available for navigation, between 08:00 and 16:00, every day.
From 1st November 2020 to 28th March 2021, the locks will be available for booked passage only, between 08:00 and 16:00 every day except Tuesday and Wednesday, when all locks will be closed.
Please contact Gloucester Lock on 01452 310832 or 07717 681086 at least 24hours before your journey, to book your River passage.
Please be aware of the following bridge opening times for the Gloucester & Sharpness Canal, for Winter 20/21.
From 19th October until 31st October 2020, the Canal bridges will be available for navigation between 08:00 and 16:00, every day.
From 1st November 2020 to 28th March 2021, the bridges will be available between 08:00 and 16:00 every day except Tuesday and Wednesday, when all bridges will be closed.
