Please be advised the works will take place from 21st October to 23rd October 2020.
Description
The canal and towpath will remain open. Third party contractors working for Scottish Power will be installing a new electricity pole on private land alongside the canal, installing a new overhead cable over the canal and removing a redundant cable.
We kindly ask customers to be aware of vehicles on the towpath and be prepared to stop if requested. Boats passing through this area may be asked to stop for a few minutes during installation and removal of the overhead cables. Thank you for your co-operation.
