Regent's Canal: Baltic Place Window Replacement Works - Access Ramp Closure

Work completion date extended to 16th December.

Please be advised, the works completion date for these works has been pushed back several times now due to delayed deliveries of materials to site due to Covid 19. The contractors on site have also had a number of their workers self-isolating which has also meant works have been progressing slower than expected.

Work completion date extended to 30th November.

The works are not completed due to delays with delivery of materials for the works.

Work completion date extended to 14 November

Works have overrun due to complications on site when removing the old facade and windows. Additional work is required before a new facade and windows can be installed. he scaffolding on site is required for and the access ramp will remain closed, with the small diversion still in place.

Kubo Projects will be undertaking window replacement works to Blocks 1,2 & 3 of Baltic Place in Haggerston. The towpath access point leading to and from Kingsland Rd will be closed to allow scaffolding to be erected along the full length of the access ramp.

The towpaths will remain open and please observe small diversion in place for the nearest stepped and ramped accesses along the canal.
