Please be aware that completion of the vegetation work below has been delayed by river conditions and the need to carry out additional reactive work.
We now expect the works to be complete in the first week of September and will update further, should the need arise.

Description
We are pleased to advise that our contractor will be carrying out important offside vegetation works between Gloucester Lock and Maisemore, on the East Channel of the Partings above Gloucester.
The team will be working from a boat and the navigation will remain open, so please exercise caution when navigating the Partings during this period, especially when approaching bends.
We expect the work to take between 3 and 4 weeks to complete, but this may change depending on conditions and we will update this notice as necessary.
