We are pleased to advise Lock 45, Kents Lock, Offside Lock on the Trent & Mersey Canal is back open to navigation following a successful repair to the top paddle.

Please be informed there is an issue with the top paddle at Lock 45, Kents Lock, Offside Lock on the Trent & Mersey Canal.
Please use Lock 45, Kents Lock, Towpath Side Lock for navigation.
The scheduled repair was delayed due to the coronavirus crisis, however we are planning a repair within the next 4 weeks. An update will be provided Friday, 7 August.
