Our contractors have been back onsite this morning at Bridge 20, Wrenbury Bridge on the Llangollen Canal. Following their attendance last night, replacement parts were needed to carry out a successful repair.
We have now completed testing of the repair to the hydraulic component and we are pleased to advise navigation has resumed.

Please be advised navigation is currently closed at Bridge 20, Wrenbury Bridge on the Llangollen Canal due to a hydraulic component failure.
Our contractors have been informed and are on their way to site. An update will be provided tomorrow morning, Thursday 18 June.
