The lock to the facilities has been replaced. Customers can now access the facilities 24/7, using their facility key.
Description
The lock to the toilets at Kilby Yard customer service facilities has broken and we are awaiting installation of a replacement.
This means that the toilets will be unlocked and accessible during the day, however they will be locked overnight and will not be accessible with a facilities key.
This notice will be updated when the lock has been replaced and the toilets are again accessible as normal.
