We are deferring works at Lock 53 (Blackburn Lock 2) in order to complete repairs at Lock 58 (Johnson Hill Top) and then to carry out more urgent arising works in the area. This stoppage is now cancelled.

Carry out repairs to the bottom gates, including the offside cill, to prevent leakage.
