Third party bridge inspection works, Bridge 140a, Berkhamsted, Grand Union

Contractors (Osborne) will be undertaking an intrusive investigation of the bridge over the week, carrying out various tests.  They will be using a pontoon and a scaffold tower arrangement to access the underside of the bridge, that can be moved aside to allow the passage of boats.  The towpath and navigation will remain open.
