Hertfordshire County Council has confirmed the navigation will now be closed from Monday 11th January, not as we originally published.
Please be aware the towpath will also be closed whilst bridge repairs are carried out.

Description
Contractors working on behalf of Hertfordshire County Council will be undertaking refurbishment works of both bridges, including concrete repairs, resurfacing and utility repairs.
