Canal & River Trust have been informed by East Riding of Yorkshire Council that as a result of the coronavirus the bridge is presently operating on reduced staffing levels. Consequently, the bridge will remain unavailable for swings for the immediate future.

Commencing Friday 15th May 09:00hrs a 24-hour booking service will be implemented. Any skipper requiring a swing after this time should contact the bridge to book a swing giving no less than 24 hrs notice.

Due to reduced staffing levels, as a result of the coronavirus East Yorkshire Council are presently unable to operate Boothferry Bridge.
