Sawley Lock facilities, floating pontoon access ramp

The ramp leading from the floating pontoon on the backwater section of the River Trent at Sawley Lock to the customer services facilities is currently unusable. This means that customers moored on the pontoon will be unable to access the facilities as a barrier is in place.

We hope to have the ramp in working condition by the end of April and will be updating this notice as soon as we are able to provide a more accurate date.

Customers are asked not to attempt to use the ramp during this time. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
