Admiral Docks Customer Service Facilities

We are pleased to advise that the refurbishment of Bridgwater Customer Service Facilities will continue on 7th July.

We apologise for the delay caused by the Covid 19 crisis and expect works to be completed by the 24th.

We are pleased to advise that further to discussion with local customers, the works to the customer service facility will now be delivered in two parts, allowing us to keep either the Ladies' or Gents available for unisex use,  while the other side is closed for refurbishment.

Unfortunately, it will still be necessary to close the whole building for around half a day, while the tiling to the floor in the entrance is re-laid, and the timing of this will be conveyed via local signage, but this change to the programme should greatly reduce the impact of these works on our customers.

We are pleased to advise that the Customer Service Facilities will be undergoing complete refurbishment from Monday 23th March 2020.

Unfortunately, due to the scale of the works it will not be possible to use the facilities at all during this time and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
