We are expecting our contractors to arrive on site this afternoon (18/02) or tomorrow (19/02) morning. Work on removing the tree is expected to begin tomorrow and we aim to have this completed by tomorrow afternoon.
We sincerely apologise for the delays with the removal of this tree and really appreciate our customers patience at this time.

With regards the removal of this difficult tree, we will be using one of our contractors large dredging boats, which is currently making its way to site.
As advised before, due to the size and location of the tree, there are many health and safety risks, which need to be considered, which is part of the reason why there have been delays.
We aim to have the tree removed by the end of next week, but we will do all we can to get it cleared as quickly as possible.
We do understand our customers frustrations, and really appreciate everyone's patience at this moment in time.
We will update our notice next week as we get more information on the progress of these works.

Due to the size and location of the tree and how it has fallen, this has unfortunately caused delays to its removal.
We are looking at using one of our work dredging boats, to clear it from the water side, and we are just waiting for all this to be authorised with our contractors.
We hope to have confirmation of when these works will be starting tomorrow and will update the website late on tomorrow with a better idea of when this tree will be cleared.
We sincerely apologise for the delays with the removal of this tree and really appreciate our customers patience at this time.
