Our contractors have now removed the tree and boaters can travel along the navigation. Thank you for your patience with regards this closure.

A large tree has fallen and is now blocking the navigation near bridge 5 (near the ‘Rockies’).

This has been reported to our contractors, due to its size and they are arranging to remove it as quickly as possible. We are confident that we will have it cleared by the end of the day tomorrow and will update our website tomorrow morning with how works are going.

Boaters will unfortunately, not be able to travel under the bridge until the tree is removed.

We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.
