Work is now taking place to clear the silt in this section; the priority areas should be cleared by the end of Friday 27th March, and navigation will be possible after this date.

A silt survey will be undertaken this week to enable us to programme works to get the silt removed. Timescales for the re-opening of the navigation to be advised as soon as possible.
