Description
Please be advised navigation will be closed from Top Lock Wigan 65 to Lock 88 on Leeds and Liverpool Canal including Leigh Branch, Poolstock Locks 1 and 2 to carry out necessary work to Lock 86. These works will include repairs to the ground paddles and replace missing fenders.
To ensure the safety of our customers, padlocks will be placed on Lock 65, Lock 88 and Poolstock Lock 2 to prevent access to the Wigan central area.
