Stalybridge Electricity Sub-station, Lock 8 West

Please be advised third party contractors will be onsite between Lock 8 West and Bridge 97, Knowle Street Bridge, on the Huddersfield Narrow Canal to install
flood defences to the electricity substation on the offside of the canal. 

We politely request all customers to approach the area with caution and be prepared to stop to allow any equipment to be moved out the way for safe passage. We anticipate a wait of no longer than 15 minutes. Please listen to any advice that may be given by the third party contractors and take note of the signage onsite.
