The water levels have improved and the passage restriction has now been lifted.

Due to some improvement with the water levels, Stanstead Lock is now open for restricted boat passage from 08:30 am - 02:30 pm. More updates will follow shortly.

Please be advised that due to ongoing water level issues, we have decided to close Stanstead Lock to enable the water level gain over time.

Please be advised that due to ongoing low water level issues, Stanstead Lock will be open to the navigation between 09:00 - 14:00, Monday - Friday.

Thanks for your patience and co-operation. 

Due to ongoing low water levels, we will be closing Stanstead Lock to the navigation from 16:00 today. Our Operations team will continuously monitor the situation and we will endeavour to re-open the lock as soon as we can.

Due to some improvement with the water level on the Lee navigation, Stanstead Lock will be re-opened this weekend to enable boat passage in addition to Monday - Friday as stated in the previous update.
