Update - Please be advised that the temporary boating facilities at Little Venice will be unavailable for pump-out use and elsan disposal from 1 pm today, and on 06 December and 09 December for the whole day.
The service is open over the weekend on 07 - 08 December from 10:30 - 12: 00 and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

The temporary boater facilities at Little Venice will be available for pump-out use and elsan disposal this weekend (Saturday & Sunday) from 10 am - 2 pm. The opening time for next week is Monday - Friday, 9:30 am - 4:30 pm.

Update - We’ve arranged for our contractor, Vinci, to provide a tanker so boaters can still use the facilities at specified times over the next few days.
On Tuesday 1 October, the facilities will be available for pump-out use and Elsan disposal between 11am and 2pm. Arrangements for the rest of the week will be confirmed once we have further information from Thames Water.
We would like to remind boaters that they should only empty their waste at approved disposal facilities.

Description
Due to a blocked drain, our Customer Service Facilities at Little Venice is currently out of action. Thames Water and our contractor are on-site to carry out repair works, and we hope to get the facilities up and running as soon as possible.
