Description
As part of the Mytholmroyd Flood Alleviation Scheme repair of wash wall and construction of an overflow weir will be taking place.
Towpath users should follow the diversion route between Brearly Road Bridge 8 and Moderna Bridge 9.
The canal will be restricted in width by approximately 1m at the overflow weir location which will reduce the canal width to approximately 12m.
Boaters should slow down when approaching the construction area.
