Description
Towpath reinstatement and removal of silt from canal
Third party contractos will be carrying out works to rectify damage caused to the towpath and removing a large deposit of silt from the canal on the towpath side.
The towpath will be closed and various alternative routes are available via local highways and footpaths. The canal will remain open but boaters should proceed with caution and steer away from the area of the works.
