Description
Third party contractors will be removing redundant overhead cables and BT poles from the towpath between bridge 140a and bridge 139.
The towpath will be closed between bridges 140a and 136 and the contractor will manage the diversion route and provide the necessary signs and barriers.
The canal will remain open but boaters should approach with caution and be prepared to stop if requested. Warning signs and banksmen will be used.
