- Location: Froudes Culvert, KA-018-002, between Bridge 29 Froudes Lane and Bridge 30 Wickham Knight
- Until 6th September we are constructing a new culvert under the navigation to replace one that is failing. Unfortunately, as our works are adjacent and under the towpath, it is not possible to keep the towpath open. An alternative route will be signposted on the site fencing.
- Additionally, we need to use a pontoon in the navigation. We are trying to reduce disruption to boaters, however, occasionally we may still need to hold up boat traffic for two hours so that we can move our equipment around but this should be infrequent and only when necessary.
- We apologise for any inconvenience caused by our work.
