Description
Work to be carried out, replacement of overhead electricity cables.
Third party contractors for the National Grid will be replacing electricity cables over the canal at 4 locations between Bredbury and Macclesfield.
The canal and towpath will remain open but passage may be restricted when cables are being removed or lifted into place. Please approach with caution and be prepared to wait a few minutes for contractors to move out of the way.
