Conisbrough Railway Bridge Survey Works

AMCO will be conducting intrusive investigation works in the river bed to determine the cause of structural movements on the bridge.

They will be undertaking coring and borehole works in the river bed from pontoons in spans 1 and 3. A safety boat will also be located on the watercourse.

Boaters and other navigation traffic who may be passing by may be delayed for up to 20 minutes to enable the contractor to move any equipment out of the way. Works are only ongoing in spans 1 and 3 and not the main navigation so it is anticipated that no disruptions will occur. A safety boat will be on site at all times during the works.
