Description
At various locations, cracks have developed in the tarmac access track and towpath. Works are required to repair linier cracks in the tarmac surface for approx. 285m total length. The works are also required to retain the ground at the back verge between Locks 49 and 50 by installing Universal Columns and concrete lintels in the ground for 80m length.
The towpath will remain open at all times with users managed safely through the works.
