Work being carried out at Lock 36 now includes the installation of a water control mechanism to feed water to the East side of the navigation.
This has proved a complicated process and is taking longer to complete than expected. We will therefore be extending the stoppage by two weeks during the time when there are other closures in the area.

Gate repair and re-lining works in order to reduce leakage.
