Opening hours for the River Severn and Gloucester & Sharpness Canal from 1st November 2018 – 24th March 2019

Monday 1st November to 24th March 2019 - 08:00 to 16:00 Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

The Canal and River Severn will be closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. During this period the following Locks will be unmanned: Lincomb, Holt, Bevere, Diglis and Upper lode.

Should you wish to travel along the River Severn on a Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday you must book your passage 24 hours prior to this. You can do this by contacting Gloucester Lock, on 01452 310832.

For passage through Sims and Rea Bridges contact Hempstead Bridge on 01452 521880.

For passage through Cambridge Bridge contact Patch Bridge 01453 890324.

For passage through Sellars Bridge contact Parkend Bridge on 01452 720016.

Monday 1st November to 24th March 2019 - 08:00 to 16:00 Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
