We are closing bridge 2A and the adjoining towpath to carry out essential repair work on Thursday 4th June.
Repair work will involve replacing damaged walkway boards and timber rails. For safety reasons, the bridge will be closed while the works are carried out.
Unfortunately, we have been unable to identify a suitable diversion route, so towpath visitors are kindly asked to avoid the area for the duration of the works.
